If you're building a small site, hand coding produces the best and safest possible results. And keep in mind, modern static HTML5 sites are fully 'user interactive' ie: form handling, e-com, bookings, calendars, payments, invoice, forums, chat, etc...
If you are building a larger project with fluid content or would like to collaborate, then I develop using either flat file or dynamic CMS ie: OctoberCMS, Wordpress, Grav, Jekyll.
For custom data driven applications, my stack includes MySQL, PDO, PHP, Javascript, Nginx, Ubuntu with focus on security, speed and management.
Flexible Pricing: Pricing very much depends on preparation. For example you may have text content, images, page requirements ready to go and you just need assembly(development) or, you may prefer to have me organize your project from the ground up. Complete project starts at USD$1200.

Enabled Financial Solutions reached a point where their previous framework was unable to sustain growth
Items such as staff technical documentation, staff training manuals, leads management, client interactivity and security needed to be re-developed.
Staff requirements was addressed by building a protected 'Staff Portal' with focus on, training material, fillable forms and private documentation.
Security and client interaction were addressed in part by converting an older Wordpress site to a re-designed hand coded PHP/HTML5 site and migrating the entire operation to a dedicated Digital Ocean VPS platform.
Email server and Leads management were implemented with 'G Suite' and Zapier.

The Dutch Bakery was looking for a new look that would represent 62 years of baking amazing pastries for Victoria's residents
The design had to be retro, represent the bakery's atmosphere and be mobile friendly. This project also includes specific index pages for Easter, Halloween and Christmas. Developed in HTML5/CSS for easy management, the project dates back to 2013 with zero technical maintenance required. The site content is updated as needed ie: new pastries (which I insist on tasting :)
